Public administration reform in the forestry sector

چکیده
The purpose of the research was to determine and substantiate content public administration in forestry sector Ukraine on basis sustainable development with a balance social, economic environmental interests state study area. To achieve this goal, general scientific special methods cognition were used, particular, dialectical, logical-formal, analysis synthesis, structural-systemic, legal-comparative, legal-formal prognostic. Everything allows conclude that, it is expedient develop adopt Forestry Strategy Ukraine, separate section definition tools for improving fire safety forests, based principles European Union Strategy, particular: multifunctional forest management, balanced use various resources services, ensuring protection forests; resource efficiency, optimizing contribution forests rural development, growth job creation; global responsibility promotion (responsible) production consumption products.
